These terms cover Lee Wyatt Corp and everything we make, this website (leewyattcorp.com) and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, apps, games, tools, and other websites operated by Lee Wyatt Corp or Brandon Lee Wyatt (together, the “Services”).
Acceptance
By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Using the Services
- Use the Services for lawful purposes; don't misuse, overload, attack, or try to break them.
- Don't use the Services to process content you don't have the right to use.
- If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure.
Your content and data
Anything you upload or create stays yours. By using the Lee Wyatt Corp website or any apps built by Lee Wyatt Corp, you grant Lee Wyatt Corp a broad, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and process the content and data you provide, to operate and improve the Services, to build new products, and to develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models and other technology. MiniKevin privacy promise
MiniKevin is a specific exception to the content license above. Nothing you type to MiniKevin, and nothing MiniKevin replies, is sent to Lee Wyatt Corp servers. Lee Wyatt Corp does not receive, see, collect, review, sell, share, or use MiniKevin prompts, replies, conversation history, or remembered information for model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, product development, or any other purpose.
MiniKevin conversations and memory are stored only inside the MiniKevin app on your device. The app connects to the internet only when you choose to download a model directly from Hugging Face. After a model is downloaded and verified, MiniKevin chat and memory work entirely offline without a network connection.
Provided "as is"
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We work to keep things running, but can't promise the Services will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lee Wyatt Corp is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.
These terms can change
We may update these terms at any time as the Services evolve. When we do, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Fair and routine, just the normal fine print that lets us grow.
